we are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst/Consultant to join our team.

Job Title: Business Analyst/Consultant

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Business Analysis:

- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify client needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and analyze data, perform financial analysis, and develop insights and recommendations to address client's business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, systems, and organizational structures.

2. Strategy Development:

- Partner with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps aligned with their business goals and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients in areas such as market entry, product development, process optimization, and organizational restructuring.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in client's business processes and workflows.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct process mapping, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and change management.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track project progress to ensure alignment with client's objectives.

5. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services based on client's requirements and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop practical solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of commercial projects trends and best practices is preferred but not required.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
