We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics and Video Editor to immediately join our team. As a Motion Graphics and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging video content for various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life, incorporating motion graphics, visual effects, and editing techniques to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished and cohesive videos that effectively convey the intended message.
- Trim and rearrange footage to create a seamless flow and maintain proper pacing.
- Incorporate transitions, audio, and visual effects to enhance the overall video quality.
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and align with the project's goals and objectives.
- Develop creative and visually compelling motion graphics using industry-standard software and tools.
- Design and animate text, graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects, maintaining a cohesive and professional look.
- Enhance video content with visual effects, including compositing, color correction, and image manipulation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve visual effects techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and suggesting innovative ideas.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects and address any issues or concerns.
- Review and fine-tune videos to ensure they meet quality standards, including audio levels, color grading, and overall aesthetics.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and rectify any errors, glitches, or inconsistencies.
- Continually seek feedback from stakeholders to improve video content and processes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 2-5 years in Motion Graphic Design and Video Editing
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in the industry of Night clubs
- Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia design, animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Artist, Video Editor, or similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of motion design principles, visual storytelling, and video editing techniques.
- Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and file optimization for various platforms.
- Familiarity with audio editing, sound design, and music selection for video projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative motion graphics, video editing skills, and an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion graphics and video editing.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
