**Job Title**: Motion Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Storyboarding**:

- Work closely with clients, creative directors, or other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop concepts and storyboards that visually communicate ideas and messages effectively.

**Animation and Design**:

- Create dynamic and visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various platforms (web, social media, video, etc.).
- Use industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant software to execute designs.

**Graphic Design**:

- Design and create static graphics or visual elements that may be incorporated into motion graphics projects.
- Ensure a cohesive and consistent visual style across all design elements.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other designers, video editors, and content creators to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into multimedia projects.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with clients or internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Present and explain design concepts to non-designers in a clear and concise manner.

**Technical Skills**:

- Possess a strong understanding of animation principles, video production, and graphic design.
- Stay informed about the latest tools and techniques in motion graphics and design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing a strong creative and technical skillset.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling may be a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

**Education**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Motion Graphic designer: 3 years (required)
