- Greet and welcome patients with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer patient inquiries, provide information on services, and guide them through processes in Arabic and English.
- Schedule patient appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely service.
- Help patients complete necessary paperwork and ensure their information is correctly entered into the system.
- Assist patients with pre-visit instructions and any required documentation.
- **Communication & Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with patients regarding appointment reminders, test results, and treatment plans.
- Provide support to patients in understanding their insurance coverage, billing inquiries, and any other concerns related to their treatment.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Ensure all patient records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Manage patient files, process insurance verification, and ensure that patient data is entered correctly into the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Assist with the preparation of medical reports and documents for patient care.
- Manage patient referrals to specialists and coordinate necessary follow-ups.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide a high level of customer service, aiming for patient satisfaction and positive healthcare experiences.
- Ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, patient coordination, or customer service is preferred.
- **Language Skills**:
- Fluency in **Arabic** (both spoken and written) is **required**.
- Proficiency in **English** is also preferred to communicate effectively with non-Arabic speaking colleagues and patients.
- **Appearance & Presentation**:
- A well-groomed, professional appearance is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy healthcare environment.
- Empathetic, caring attitude with the ability to handle sensitive patient matters.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
