As a Financial Officer at Reges Events, you will assume a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our company and event projects. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, developing budgets, implementing financial strategies, and ensuring financial transparency and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Complete Financial Analysis of the Company**:
Conduct a thorough financial analysis of the company's financial health, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

**Profit and Loss Account**:
Prepare and maintain profit and loss accounts, closely monitoring income, expenses, and profitability.

**Professional Budget Preparation (Company)**:
Develop a detailed and professional budget for the company, including revenue projections, expenses, and investment planning.

**Professional Budget Preparation (Events)**:
Create comprehensive event-specific budgets, considering all financial aspects of event planning and execution.

**Establish Clear Financial Strategy**:
Formulate a well-defined financial strategy for the company, aligning financial goals with organizational objectives.

**Cost Reports for Products**:
Generate and present detailed cost reports for the company's products, helping management make informed decisions about pricing and cost control.

**Financial Reporting**:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts for management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.

**Financial Compliance**:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws, and provide support during financial audits.

**Cash Flow Management**:
Manage cash flow, monitor cash reserves, and forecast cash needs to meet the company's financial obligations.

**Financial Risk Management**:
Identify and mitigate financial risks, proposing risk management strategies to protect the company's financial stability.

**Investment Analysis**:
Evaluate potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, or expansion opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis.

**Vendor and Supplier Relations**:
Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, and oversee financial agreements to optimize cost efficiency.

**Financial Transparency**:
Ensure financial transparency and accountability by maintaining accurate financial records and implementing financial controls.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.

Proven experience in financial analysis and management, preferably in the events or related industry.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, including accounting software and Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.

Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate and execute financial strategies.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with various stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ethical conduct and a commitment to financial integrity.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
