**About the Role**:
**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the in-room dining operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service delivery and quality standards
- Work with the culinary team to develop and execute menus that meet the needs and expectations of our guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners
- Conduct regular audits of operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continued growth and success of the in-room dining services
- Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery to guests

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in in-room dining or related hospitality operations, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in budget management and forecasting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
