**Human Resource Executive**

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and help us shape the future at Emerging Ideas. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's culture and business goals

Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to ensure the company's workforce is meeting its goals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain a strong understanding of changes and updates to those laws.

Develop and manage employee benefits programs, employee satisfaction programs and such more.

Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance issues, career development, and employee relations.

Ensure all matters of HR are up to date for review at anytime by higher management.

Develop and manage employee performance program to ensure all goals are met.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree if applicable.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, and experience ensuring compliance with those laws.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex HR issues.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- human resource: 6 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Arabic (preferred)
