**Job Description - Sales Agent**
In this role, you will be part of an energetic and dynamic team responsible for acquiring new business and learning the intricacies of account management. As part of the Sales team, you will maximize every sales opportunity and build long-term business relationships with our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities for MENA Speakers.
- **Cold Calling**: Make multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- **CRM Management**: Update CRM with client information and expected close dates.
- **Proposal Drafting**: Draft and send proposals to clients.
- **Pipeline Management**: Follow up with deals in the pipeline and push to close them.
- **Client Support**: Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- **Research**: Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- **Client Meetings**: Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients and present MENA Speakers' solutions.
- **Database Management**: Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients.
- **Information Delivery**: Present and deliver information to potential clients.
- **Client Questions**: Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with the sales team when closing sales.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics; generate reports weekly.
- **Sales Closing**: Close sales and guide clients through the closing process.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with the team for in-house, event-centric, and performance-building activities.
- **Relationship Management**: Connect with clients, speakers, and other stakeholders to build stronger connections for revenue generation and collaborative opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the events or talent management industry.
- At least 1 year of experience in events management.
- Strong understanding of the speakers bureau industry, event landscape, and corporate market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver on targets.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems or sales tools to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipeline.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
**Conditions about this job**:
- You must be a native Arabic speaker, with fluency in English. Any other language will be an added advantage.
- You must be based in Lebanon. There will be no visa sponsorship provided by the company. You will be required to self-sponsor your visa/residency/work status as per your present location.
- You may also be required to work with client and manage their requirements as per the event needs (including working on Saturday, Sunday if needed).
- You would be required to source and connect with clients (in person, Zoom meetings).
- You will be exploring revenue opportunities and closing the same to meet your targets
- You will be networking at events, sourcing collaborative opportunities to strengthen our brand connect.
- You would need to have your own car, a valid driving license to cover the transportation requirements.
- This is a remote working profile and your utmost professionalism, discipline and commitment to work ethics would be expected by the management.
- Based on your credentials and your interview assessment, the starting salary can be upto USD 1,500 per month. The final compensation will be determined based on your interview assessments, your skill sets and management’s decision.
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
