As a Sales Manager specializing in Arabic Sweets Outdoor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales operations of outdoor stalls or outlets specializing in Arabic sweets. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the products. Your role is crucial in maintaining the reputation and profitability of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability of outdoor Arabic sweet stalls or outlets. Set sales targets and objectives for the team.
- **Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff for outdoor locations. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment for outdoor stalls. Coordinate with the central kitchen or production facility to ensure adequate supply of Arabic sweets.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all outdoor locations. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract customers to outdoor Arabic sweet stalls. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement advertising and promotional activities.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality and freshness of Arabic sweets sold at outdoor locations. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets and expenses for outdoor sales operations. Monitor sales performance and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Vendor Management**: Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers for ingredients and packaging materials. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements for outdoor sales operations. Maintain records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. Provide updates and insights to senior management on sales trends and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Arabic sweets and Middle Eastern cuisine is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in outdoor sales operations or event management.
- Certification in sales management or related field.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in Arabic sweets.
