We are looking for a passionate Tele sales Executives.

**Profile: Telesales Executive**

**Experience: 2+yr**

**Location : UAE**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services
- Enter and update customer information on our CRM database continuously.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Addressing any concerns or issues related to the customers
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

**Required Qualification**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proven sales experience in telesales or a similar role for at least 2 years in UAE.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language is a plus.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
