Female Receptionist Web Designer

**We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum Web Designer**

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your web design skills to maintain and develop our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers

**Web Designer**:

- Design, develop, and maintain our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence
- Create and edit web content, including text, images, and multimedia features
- Ensure website accessibility and compatibility across various devices and browsers
- Stay up-to-date with web design trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in administration and web design
- Proficiency in web design software (e.g. Adobe Dreamweaver, WordPress, HTML/CSS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles
- Certification in web design (e.g. Certified Web Developer)

**Languages**:

- Language,English,Hindi

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
