**We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role FEMALE RECEPTIONIST cum Web Designer (Spouse Visa Only)**

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your web design skills to maintain and develop our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

**Languages**: English, Malayalam

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**:

- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create visually engaging website layouts, templates, and themes.
- Translate client requirements and brand identity into web designs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to implement designs into functional websites.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Test website designs across multiple devices and browsers to ensure compatibility.
- Troubleshoot design issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Work with content and marketing teams to align designs with overall branding and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge, advanced not required).
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of website accessibility and usability best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal is an advantage.
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with animation and multimedia design.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and their design implementation.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing programs.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
