All business processes, from order creation to delivery to the customer’s address are refined and controlled by the best specialists in the industry. Our wholesale warehouse and C&C with an area of more than 4000 m² located in JAFZA, Dubai.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
1. Financial Management:
Oversee the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.

2. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide insights into financial performance and assist in strategic decision-making processes.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations for cost control.

4. Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow by monitoring banking activities and reconciling bank statements.

Implement strategies to optimize cash resources and ensure liquidity.

5. Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of statutory filings.

6. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

7. System Implementation:
Evaluate and implement accounting software to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

8. Cost Analysis:
Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

9. Financial Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or in a similar leadership role.

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
