**Job role & Responsibility**
- **Create Engaging Motion Graphics**: Develop visually appealing motion graphics for various projects including promotional videos, advertisements, social media content, and presentations.
- **Conceptualize and Design**: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with Titan Global's branding and marketing objectives.
- **Storyboarding**: Collaborate with stakeholders to storyboard concepts and present ideas effectively.
- **Animation and Visual Effects**: Produce high-quality animations and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- **Editing and Post-Production**: Edit and enhance video footage to create seamless and polished final products.
- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new techniques to continuously improve the quality and creativity of motion graphics produced.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and content creation to ensure alignment of visual assets with overall campaign goals.
- **Deadline Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
- **Flexibility with Shift Duties**: Be flexible with work schedules and available for shift duties as required by the nature of the projects and team needs.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all motion graphics deliverables meet Titan Global's quality standards and brand guidelines.
- **Feedback Incorporation**: Accept and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve motion graphics projects.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized project files and documentation to facilitate collaboration and future reference.
- **Client Interaction**: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts effectively.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot technical issues related to motion graphics production and find creative solutions to overcome challenges.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues as needed.
- **Any other task given by Senior Management**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
