MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING SPORTS EVENTS
- Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements.
- Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event services (security, cleaning, catering, etc.)
- Manage all pre-event planning, logistics and event set-up, venue management to ensure venue is event ready.
- Issue appropriate legal agreements for events in consultation with legal department.
- Complete and adhere to company procurement processes as required.
- Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and within budget.
- Manage a team of staff, give full briefings for events of all scale.
- Organise facilities for car parking, traffic control, security, first aid, hospitality, media, etc.
- Ensure all required permits are in place, HSE obligations are followed.
- Share event plan and secure assistance from other departments like Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Marketing, etc.
- Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently.
- Produce post-event evaluation to inform future events.

**Salary**: AED30,000.00 - AED34,000.00 per month
