This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to various departments and ensure that all office operations run seamlessly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing, and expediting orders, verifying receipt.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize and maintain personnel records and files.
- Manage and update organizational charts and directories.
- Arrange appointments and meetings, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries as required.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, memos, letters, and presentations.
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Ensure proper filing systems are in place and maintained.
- Coordinate office maintenance activities.
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of office space.
- Monitor office expenses and handle petty cash.
- Interact with visitors to the office, providing assistance as needed.
- Coordinate office events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
