**Job Vacancy: Admin Staff (UAE National Only)**

**Location**: SOBH Group Office, UAE

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Thursday**: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Friday and Saturday**: OFF

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office protocols and ensuring a professional environment.

**Requirements**:

- **UAE National Only** (as per government regulations).
- Family book required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or office management are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
