**Key Responsibilities**:
E-Commerce Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is secure, fully functional, and up to date.
Product Management: Upload, update, and manage product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and promotions.
Order Processing: Monitor and troubleshoot the flow of online orders, ensuring a smooth checkout process, payment processing, and order confirmations.
Performance Optimization: Use web analytics and performance tools to monitor site performance, customer behavior, and sales metrics, making improvements where needed.
Security & Compliance: Ensure the website complies with legal and security standards, such as PCI DSS for payment processing, and ensure that customer data is protected.
Troubleshooting & Support: Respond to and resolve any website issues, such as downtime, broken pages, or checkout errors.
Website Updates & Enhancements: Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features and updates to improve functionality and enhance user experience.
Third-Party Integration: Manage and integrate third-party services and plugins (e.g., payment gateways, shipping solutions, inventory management systems).
Inventory & Stock Control: Assist in managing inventory and stock levels on the website to avoid overselling or stock shortages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Web Development, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in website administration with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Experience with web content management systems (CMS), front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and web hosting environments.
Strong knowledge of SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking.
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with payment gateway integrations and managing secure payment transactions.
Experience with ERP or CRM integrations for inventory and customer management.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and payment security standards (e.g., PCI compliance, GDPR).
