What we seek:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Research and compile property listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Create attractive property advertisements to market listings effectively.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met during property transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the real estate agency or employer.
- Continuously seek new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related fields in Dubai.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market, including knowledge of various communities and developments.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of property transactions.
UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle is often preferred.
