The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new export markets, maintaining relationships with international clients, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and driving sales growth within the food industry. The role requires expertise in international trade, knowledge of food safety regulations, and strong interpersonal skills to establish long-term business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research and Development**:

- Identify potential international markets and clients for the company's food products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demand forecasts.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and retail clients.
- Address client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
- **Logistics and Documentation**:

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, certificates, and permits.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, food safety standards, and export regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and certification bodies as required.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Suggest strategies for market expansion and product positioning.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and packaging teams to meet client specifications.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in export sales within the food industry.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and logistics.
- Knowledge of international food safety regulations and standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, EU standards).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
