Logistics Agent

The **Logistics Agent** solely provides complete CAR 145 stores control, shipping, purchasing, receiving & all other logistics support including record keeping and preparation of Airport & Customs documentation for MRO Fujairah.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Quality, Safety and Environment
- Ensure storage and distribution of parts and materials is conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Civil Aviation regulations.
- Provide input into the development and revisions of company procedures for continuous improvement as required
- Actively participate, comply, and promote Jet Aviation OH&S and Environment programs and Aviation Safety Management System

**Main Responsibilities Cont.**:
Sales and Customer Management
- Provide information to MRO Maintenance Manager and technical services as required on delivery timelines for parts and products.
- Provide input into response to customer queries and complaints.
- Liaise with Supervisors and LAEs in support of all maintenance activities at MRO and away from base locations.

Regulatory and Compliance
- Comply with OEM storage and quarantine requirements, check shelf life of materials and prepare labels for identification.
- Preparation of Customs documentation compliant to relevant Civil Aviation and Customs regulations.
- Ensure control of parts and materials is conducted in compliance with the relevant registered aircraft Civil Aviation regulations.
- Accurate and timely preparation of documentation to comply with customs requirements
- Ensuring shipment of parts is on-time and that appropriate stock levels are maintained in the Fujairah faciltiy.
- Managing the progress of incoming and out-going parts.
- Ensure all stock is controlled in compliance with company policies and procedures and relevent Aviation Regulations.
- Provide input into parts ordering for assigned projects to ensure parts are available to meet scheduled delivery times.
- Provide input into or respond to internal customer queries and/or complaints.
- Liaise with UAE government departments such as customs, municipality, and chamber of commerce to ensure all requirements are met.
- Management of customer owned stock.
- Actively support and participate in Jet Values.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Customer Service Skills
- Effective verbal and written Communication Skills
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Negotiation & Organisational Skills
- Experience in supply chain environment
- Experience with logistics preferably in an MRO facility
- Knowledge of packaging and shipping requirements.
- UAE Drivers License (1 year+)
