**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: Leverage your 2+ years of UAE experience and market knowledge to identify and qualify high-value leads within your assigned territory.
- **Proposal Development & Negotiation**: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the technical superiority and cost-effectiveness of your offerings. Secure contracts through persuasive negotiation strategies, exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
- **Project Collaboration & Field Engagement**: Utilize your technical knowledge and UAE driving license to conduct site visits, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (engineering, operations), and ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence & Continuous Learning**: Remain at the forefront of the UAE construction landscape by actively participating in industry events, fostering strategic partnerships, and continuously expanding your knowledge base.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the UAE construction industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE construction market and its key players.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Experience with construction estimating software a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
