Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Leverage your 2+ years of UAE experience and market knowledge to identify and qualify high-value leads within your assigned territory.

Proposal Development & Negotiation: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate the technical superiority and cost-effectiveness of your offerings. Secure contracts through persuasive negotiation strategies, exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.

Project Collaboration & Field Engagement: Utilize your technical knowledge and UAE driving license to conduct site visits, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (engineering, operations), and ensure project feasibility and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Continuous Learning: Remain at the forefront of the UAE construction landscape by actively participating in industry events, fostering strategic partnerships, and continuously expanding your knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the UAE construction industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Indepth understanding of the UAE construction market and its key players.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and a team player with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience with construction estimating software a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.
