Camp Boss

**MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB**

Responsible for operational activities in the camp under his supervision ensuring the daily good management of the camp.

1. Carry out the daily, weekly, monthly duties as laid out by the company

2. Keep record of administrative forms in accordance with company rules

3. Manage the team of workers assigned in the camp

4. Supervise and take part on the training of the staff according to HSE

5. Responsible for request made to warehouse including stocking and inventory according to the cost control policy of the company

6. Responsible for the safekeep of the keys of the camp

7. To keep the disciplinary rules of the camp

8. Responsible for the effective safety, cleanliness and orderliness of the camp

9. Maintain record on the number of staff living in the camp. Check in and check out.

- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements

**EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Basics of relevant technologies
- Supervisory skills
- Customer satisfaction
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to control violent situations in work place or staff accommodation
- Experience in managing large number of personnel, 100+ across many sites
- Must have a total of 5 years’ experience of Military/Police or in any Security Company
- Knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures
- Leadership skills

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,400.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sharjah: Relocate before starting work (required)
