**CAMP BOSS for SHARJAH LABOUR CAMP**

**Requirements**:

- Strong commanding ability to supervise and control camp inmates.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and general employee regulations.
- Ability to speak English, Hindi, Urdu and knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
- Manage Labour camp accommodation which involves cleaning, maintenance, safety & security, daily inspections and providing timely reports.
- Maintain discipline in the camp and to follow company/camp policies.
- Ability to Coordinate with the HR team and construction Sites.
