**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day property consulting tasks, including providing excellent customer service and sales support for Sobha Realty's various luxury real estate projects. The Property Consultant will be working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase the projects and opportunities, respond to queries and close deals.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent consulting and sales skills to lead and drive client interactions
- Strong communication and customer service skills to create trusting relationships with clients
- Experience with luxury real estate to understand the industry trends, and have a broad network
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to provide optimal solutions to clients' needs
- A deep understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate sector, local and international rules and regulations, local culture, geography, and demographics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and VIP clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
