**Job Description**:
**Leads a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in a geographic area under all operation conditions.**
- Lead a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services.
- Accountable for onsite customer satisfaction.
- ** Work on a 60 days on, 30 days off rotation.****:

- Reviews the job design with the Slickline Supervisor / Engineer in Charge and confirms the job packet is ready and includes the proper equipment, resources and processes to achieve the job purpose.
- ** Must be experienced in conducting slickline operations such as, but not limited to running and pulling of plugs and gauges, fishing operations, programming and running of electronic gauges, drift runs and other specialized slickline services.****:

- Confirms that Unit, Wireline Pressure Control Equipment and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job. Identifies any additional contingencies that should be provided for.
- Performs all aspect of the job in compliance with company management system (processes and procedures.
- Applies technical knowledge to solve anticipated situations, and consult with the Health, Safety and Environment operations base department as needed.
- Performs onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
- Demonstrates knowledge of pre and post job product and service activities.
- Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensures compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environment procedures and regulations in his/her area of responsibility.
- Properly maintains assigned equipment and ensure compliances with safety regulations and procedures.
- Interact with third parties whose activities could negatively impact slickline job execution process to assure proper coordination.
- Mentor and assess Assistant Operator.
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with Company Management Processes.
- Ensures that customer satisfaction and job performance data is gathered, job tasks correctly performed.
- Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process

Conducts and documents all company health, safety and environmental activities at the well site

**Qualifications**:

- ** Job specific experience required : 5 years (Degree holder), 8 years (Diploma Holder), 12 years (High School Education)**:

- ** ADNOC Onshore experience is Mandatory**:

- Technical knowledge and training records related to specific products and services.
- Slickline and Company Management System (Processes, procedures and documentation).
- Knowledge of a compliance with company regulatory, Health, Safety and Environment and customer policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Basic Salary : AED 7,000

Site Allowance :AED 70

Food Allowance : AED 55 (Only when on-duty and when food is not provided)
