Slickline Operator

We are hiring Slickline Operators who will be leading a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services in their specified geographic area.

**Job Description**:

- Lead a crew in providing the complete range of slickline services ensuring onsite customer satisfaction.
- Review the job design with the Slickline Supervisor / Engineer in charge and confirm the job packet is ready and includes the proper equipment, resources and processes to achieve the job purpose.
- Ensure that unit, wireline pressure control equipment and downhole tools are ready, complete and correct for the job and identify any additional contingencies that should be provided for.
- Perform all aspect of the job comply with company systems, processes and procedures.
- Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pre and post job product and service activities.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensure compliance with all applicable HSE procedures and regulations in his/her area of responsibility.
- Maintain assigned equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Interact with third parties whose activities could impact slickline job execution process to assure proper coordination.
- Mentor and assess assistant operators in the team.
- Actively participate in the quality improvement process.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant education background
- 5-12 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in conducting slickline operations such as, running and pulling of plugs and gauges, fishing operations, programming and running of electronic gauges, drift runs and other specialized slickline services.
- Technical knowledge and training records related to specific products and services should be available.
- Compliance background with company regulatory, HSE and customer policies and procedures.
- Work arrangement is 60 days working, 30 days off rotational.
