**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate all aspects of project execution, including manpower allocation, equipment deployment, and material procurement.
- **Resource Management**: Manage the allocation and scheduling of manpower, ensuring that the right personnel are deployed to the right projects at the right time.
- **Equipment Logistics**: Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and logistics of heavy machinery and equipment to support project activities.
- **Material Procurement**: Work closely with suppliers to procure materials and aggregates required for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all project sites, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and provide timely reporting to management and clients as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination or operations management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
