**1. Inquiry Verification and Validation**
- Verify and validate inquiries received through all channels.
- Collect brief details and upload them onto the internal system for further processing.

**3. Coordination and Facilitation**
- Facilitate coordination between internal departments and clients to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of issues.

**4. Deadline Management**
- Provide and manage deadlines for deliverables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

**5. Client Relationship Management**
- Coordinate with the internal team for existing clients' follow-ups and relationship management.
- Cross-sell and promote sister companies' products or services to enhance client engagement.

**6. Reports and Documentation**
- Maintain reports on Google Ads Leads.
