**Main Accountabilities**:
1. **Point of Contact for IT Queries**: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related queries.

2. **Networking Issue Resolution**: Timely troubleshooting and resolution of networking issues for all company users.

3. **ERP Expertise**:

- Possess excellent knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC or other ERP software.
- Handle ERP software data migration, transition, and user training.

4. **ERP System Management**:

- Manage ERP system, document changes, and train end-users, ensuring adherence to company procedures and operational excellence.
- Provide functional and technical solutions for ERP customizations as per operational requirements.

5. **ERP Implementation Liaison**: Liaise with ERP implementation team, effectively communicate end-user feedback for process improvements.

6. **Hardware/Software Management**:

- Excellent experience in all hardware/software-related roles.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory management.

7. **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of emerging trends in software development practices and tooling.

8. **Project Management**:

- Manage workloads and projects with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Generate industry-standard outputs such as status reports, risk assessments, and estimates.

9. **Additional Duties**: Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft certified in Dynamics NAV/BC 365 (Essential).
- Proficiency in software development methodologies and practices.
- Expertise in enterprise integration.
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI (Essential).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage support incidents effectively.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Leadership skills to supervise and coach junior staff and external suppliers.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in software development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
