Admin & Government Relations Coordinator - Emirati

**Position Overview**:
The Admin & Government Relations Coordinator will manage essential administrative tasks related to immigration, labor services, and government documentation. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Immigration Services
- Handle specialized visa processes, such as visit visas, golden visas, and dependents’ visas.
- Closely monitor new procedures, policies & requirements.

2. Labor Services
- Manage new employment contracts, labor card renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle less frequent processes, such as sponsored labor cards, UAE Nationals’ employment contracts, and GPSS registrations
- Extract monthly MOL employees’ List
- Extract Monthly WPS reports
- Extract Quarterly Emiratization reports.

3. Document Management
- Track visa and labor expirations using proper KPI monitoring and tracking files.

4. Document Attestation
- Complete document attestation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and relevant embassies.

5. Other Responsibilities
- Mange employee files and documents, make sure all documents are up to date.
- Manage employee relations file.
- Ensure alignment between Internal employment contract and Labor contracts.
- Renew trade licenses.

**Requirements**:

- Emirati National
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in dealing with government entities and processes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
