**Job Summary**:
Acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coordinate and maintain a calendar of CEO including appointments, events, meetings etc.
- Responsible for organizing of internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made.
- Prepare correspondence and documents as required from CEO.
- Attend meetings to take the minutes of meetings and summarize it then send it to the concerned staff.
- Provide executive and administrative support to CEO.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Reminding CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Receiving Mail & filing Documents.
- Maintain a high level of dress code and be presentable.
- Provide admin support to all the employees and provide guidance in case it's related to other departments.
- Any other assignment depending on the kind of the business.
- Any other task that may arise from CEO.
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor.
- Experience: 02-03 Years in UAE.
- Monthly Salary: AED 2,500
