Secretary Receptionist

**Job description**
Reporting to the GM, you will ensure the Company / Projects, administrative support & proper files & documents, Logs are created, Organized and signed, that all Subcontractors, Suppliers data is accurate and updated, that documents are stored and backed up and any Company policies are followed.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist GM in finalizing the Company Strategy Plans, Procedures and processes, Develop Forms and Presentations.
- Organizing the weekly Operations scheme & Attend GM/ CEO meetings.
- To maintain and secure proper working environment within the Office.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting Agenda, Internal Memos and the minutes of meetings with the, Internal Progress, Design & Company General meetings with the team & distribute to keep them posted on progress.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
**Salary**: From AED3,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- receptionist/secretary: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Arabic (preferred)
