**About the Role**
- Drive discussions with product team and/or business partners to understand the process, the problem, and then brainstorm solution scenarios
- Document the business requirements and translate into technical requirements for Back-End and Front-End
- Actively translate solution needs into actionable user stories
- Facilitate and support product backlog management
- Partner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring
- Manage sprint planning and daily standups

**Product Analyst requirements**:

- Proven work experience in software development environments
- Preferred work experience in FinTech / Banking industries
- 4+ years of work experience as business analyst / technical analyst
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Experience in writing clear, concise user stories
- Preferred experience in managing scrums and agile teams
