**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Operations**:

- Oversee office logistics, including office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and organization.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors, vendors, and external partners.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and conferences for staff members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Ensure the office operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Facility Management**:

- Oversee maintenance of office facilities, including managing cleaning services and arranging repairs when necessary.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage office projects, such as renovations or office moves.
- Organize team-building events, office parties, and other employee engagement activities.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Manage office budgets, handle office-related invoices, and ensure timely payments for services.
- Keep track of office expenses and help with cost-saving initiatives.
