Description

**JOB Summary**:
Responsible to retain and increase existing business by managing relationship with clients and for generating new business through customer interaction and sales.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Produce and provide parts sales quotes and other sales related actions as instructed by Supervisor
- Support sales efforts, support regional and global sales efforts.
- Increase sales for Slow moving Parts and reduce Inventory to meet company targets.
- Gather information from customer and inform Sales Sr. Supervisor of any forecasted tender, purchasing request, new/additional services, tools, parts or equipment request.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Communicate with customer's representatives to plan operations, follow the preparation and performances required by the customer.
- Identify customer needs or problems, develop and present solutions or options.
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis to get feedback.
- Maintain contract review documents as required by customers for parts planning, execution and evaluation include raise concerns if any changes to it (such as legal, delivery time, customer service requirements, etc.).
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Assist Client with all required certificates, manuals and all related documentation to the Parts delivered.
- Other duties and responsibilities as designated by supervisor.

- STOP WORK AUTHORITY: Empowered to stop the job when feel continuing the task would be unsafe
- Ensure that all work practices and systems are consistent with the QHSE policies and relevant statutory requirements
- Support the implementation of specific strategies within the Company to minimize the exposure of safety related risk to employees from injury or disease
- Ensure Company meets its statutory obligations by supporting to QHSE Systems and Policies
- Ensure compliance with safety obligations of persons generally

Contribute towards continuous improvement of all processes and systems by:

- Initiate and implement improvement in performance for the business
- Create a management culture and system that encourages resourcefulness
- Work with other specialists to identify, source and justify the implementation of new technologies

Qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience: Min. 2 years working experience in sales related role, generating quotations and direct interaction with customers

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while paying close attention to detail.
- Considering customer satisfaction as a top priority
- Detail oriented with a structured approach to process and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Work conditions may include travel to and from other Canrig facilities.
- Experienced with working in CRM, AX, Visual or other sales quoting and/or ERP system
