We are currently hiring a Property Consultant to join our Enthusiastic and Growing team in Dubai.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
- Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions.
- Acquisition of properties for sale and rent.
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices.
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
- Sales and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with great dedication.
- Strong communication skills - written and spoken English is a must, Other languages is a bonus.
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
- Must have your own car and a valid UAE driver’s license
- Passionate, Hungry and desire for Real Estate.

**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
