We are seeking a highly capable HR Administrator to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
- Assist with government-related matters, i.e., visa processing, cancellation, etc.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important task.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
