Hours: 48 hours/5 days
Renumeration: From AED6,000 depending on experience
Job Summary:
Ensure the best possible customer service from Reach Food. Supporting the Finance Manager in day-to-day bookkeeping of the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administrate and track all sales invoices daily, including filing, scanning, and uploading copies to customer portals as required.
- Manage contact details for all customer accounts, including ensuring all customer documents are complete and up to date
- Maintain and file all physical records pertaining to customers and sales
- Assist in accounts receivable follow up and sending of monthly statements of accounts to customers
- Work closely with Finance Manager on financial reconciliation
- Maintain and file all physical records pertaining to banking, customers, and suppliers.
- Accurately record all tax for VAT purposes
- Maintain and file all records of procurement, payment, and sales.
- Record and input inventory data
- Support finance regional finance functions
Key Competencies
- At least 2 year’s experience in an finance admin position in the UAE
- A formal accounting qualification is of advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel are essential as well as good general computer literacy.
- Well organised
- A great communicator
- Can-do attitude with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
