**Job Summary**:
As an Operations Manager for Glazing Facade Projects at our glass company in the UAE, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of glazing facade projects. You will lead a team of professionals, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and ensure successful project execution from initiation to completion. Your expertise in glazing facade projects and your ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets will contribute to the company's success in delivering high-quality glass installations.

**Responsibilities**:
Project Management:Plan, organize, and manage glazing facade projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop project schedules, milestones, and work plans, and assign tasks to team members.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

**Team Leadership**:Supervise and guide a team of project engineers, technicians, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Assign responsibilities, provide training and mentorship, and evaluate team members' performance.
Support the team in resolving technical challenges and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.

**Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, specifications, and design criteria.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for additional projects, and participate in business development activities.

**Resource and Budget Management**:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Monitor project expenses, review invoices, and track project financials to ensure profitability.
Optimize resource allocation and productivity to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.

**Quality and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations in all glazing facade projects.
Implement and enforce quality control procedures to deliver projects of the highest standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all team members follow established safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing glazing facade projects, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, façade engineering principles, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license.
