Operations Manager-glazing Façade

**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of glazing façade projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Project Management**:

- Plan, organise, and manage Glazing façade Projects from start to finish, ensuring adhérence
- to Project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and work plans, and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and guide a team of project engineers, technicians, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Assign responsibilities, provide training and mentorship, and evaluate team members' performance.
- Support the team in resolving technical challenges and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development within the team.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining regular communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, specifications, and design criteria.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities for additional projects, and participate in business development activities.

**Resource and Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses, review invoices, and track project financials to ensure profitability.
- Optimize resource allocation and productivity to achieve project goals within budgetary constraints.

**Quality and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations in all glazing facade projects.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to deliver projects of the highest standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure that all team members follow established safety protocols.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
