Internal Auditor

Conduct comprehensive internal and external audits across various business units, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks within the organization.
- Lead audit teams in planning, executing, and reporting on audits of companies and insurance brokers, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all audit processes.
- Collaborate with management to provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes align with the latest standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MOFA Attestation required).
- Minimum 6 years of experience. Prior experience with insurance brokerage firms or financial institutions is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and recommend effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead audit teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in audit software and other relevant tools.
