MEA Operations Internship - Dubai
**Start Date: July 2024 **Duration: 12 Months **Location: Dubai Area Office**
We are looking for a high-calibre local graduate (graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the last 12 months) to join our MEA Operations team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel and involvement in regional conferences.
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 210 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.
**The Opportunity**
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of our Executive Team, during this internship you will directly support the Senior Director of Operations UAE, working closely with her team to coordinate a range of activities, projects and presentations.
**As the MEA Operations intern, your projects will include**:
- Driving the awareness of employment to people of Determination (People with a Disability) within the hospitality industry
- Support with the Customer Promise goals within the region.
- Analyse and present the Stay Experience scores to the leadership team.
- Organizing and supporting conferences & events across the region and industry.

**What are we looking for?**
As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;
First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
- You must have graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the last 12 months.
- You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from July 2024.
- Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- You will need to be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at any one time.
