We are looking for a high-calibre local graduate (graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the last 12 months) to join our Finance team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel and involvement in regional conferences.

Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 210 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.

**The Opportunity**
You will play an active role in our continued success by supporting with a range of administrative activities as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives.

**As the Hilton Finance Operations intern, your activities will include**:

- Supporting the Finance Team in 120+ hotels and 2 Finance Shared Service centres across the region.
- Help maintain the accounting for our Dubai corporate office.
- Help provide the management reporting for the Executive team and help ensure hotels are compliant with our Hilton accounting policies and in line with US Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Supporting the finance for new hotel openings.
- Help provide the commercial finance support to the business and managing the forecasts and budgets for corporate cost centres.

**What are we looking for?**

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;
- First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
- You must have graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the last 12 months.
- You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from July 2024.
- You must be studying a Finance or Business related degree.
- Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
- Have a keen interest in the hospitality industry, particularly in understanding financial performance improvement and driving business process efficiency.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
