Administrative Assistant-tagalog Speaking/own Visa

We are hiring a female Tagalog speaking Administrative Assistant for our office in Dubai.
**Responsibilities**:
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
- Handling CRM, listing/Editing and monitoring other Property advertisement portals like property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- Create and maintain property documents/database and reporting to the Managing Director
- Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Provide general administrative work support
- Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
