Our property consultants are well-versed in the principles of the real estate market, negotiation, market analysis, property management, and ethical conduct.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant (Commission Only) in Dubai. The consultant will be responsible for establishing a network of clients, conducting market analysis, and negotiating property sales and rentals. Additionally, the consultant will manage

a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales and business development, preferably in real estate or any related industry
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Mastery of CRM and online tools including but not limited to social media platforms to pitch and sell available properties
- Holding a UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
