- We are looking for a _**_“Marketing Manager - GULF”_**_ who can establish and drive the marketing strategy of the company in the Gulf area. To manage the marketing department within the organization establishing standard operating procedures. Supervising the process of devising & implementing individual product marketing plans as well as the separate corporate marketing plan for Ingram Micro Gulf region in the assigned territory. Managing the human resources within the marketing department to ensure optimum efficiency at all levels. Maintain a healthy and beneficial business relationship with the respective vendors and exceed their expectations on all levels of marketing support._
- Always maintain Ingram Micro’s high service levels and assist the company in achieving its objectives and targets._

**_ What will you do?_**
- 1- Team Management_
- _ _Developing skills and know-how to staff within the marketing department passing experience, guidance, and support._
- _ _Clear JD, KPI, and responsibility to be passed and understood. _
- _Creating a team spirit & ensure the team members work in line with the values and code of conduct of Ingram Micro_
- _ A development plan for the team should be implemented_._
- 2- Vendor Marketing Planning and Execution_
- _Work closely with PMs and BUMs to prepare quarterly and annual vendor marketing plans as per vendor guidelines and following our company’s goals and objectives, _
- _Supervise planning & implementation of quarterly marketing activities for assigned vendors as per the marketing plans_
- _Monitor activities ROI reported internally and to vendors on a timely basis_
- _Establish and supervise the process of vendor MDF claims to ensure funds receipt on time_
- _Follow IM and vendors' compliance policies in the planning and execution of marketing activities_
- _Ensure processes of compliance policies are implemented in the marketing department _
- 3- Corporate Marketing_
- _Be aware of industry trends and the latest technology developments _
- _Understand customer and channel requirements _
- _Come up with quarterly marketing activities to promote IM in the assigned territory: examples
- Solutions Marketing, Loyalty programs, Brand awareness campaigns _
- _Positioning IM as a Value-Added distributor and Solutions Provider through the right external communication and corporate marketing activities in the assigned territory_

- Vendor Marketing Relation (Strategically)_
- _Understand vendor's business and their marketing objectives _
- _Assessment of existing Vendors' sales and marketing performance addressing weak areas and planning growth in other areas together with PMs and BUMs _
- _Assist PMs and BUMs in strategic business planning through marketing activities_
- _Strategize with key vendors - top 5 vendors' concept _
- _Build long-term partnerships with the top 5 vendors _
- _Negotiate marketing budgets, terms, and conditions with vendors_

**_ Which Talent do you bring?_**
- _You have a Sales and/or Marketing background, a creative and dynamic personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines._
- _You have an MBA with 4-5 yrs. relevant/ industry experience OR Graduate with 5-7 years relevant/industry experience_
- _You have previous people managers’ experience _
- _You have a proven track record of executing marketing plans for multiple products preferably within the I.T. industry in the U.A.E Or Previous experience in retail chain marketing or the telecommunication industry _
