**Job functions and responsibilities**:

- Obtaining competitive quotes from insurance carriers for new clients and renewal terms for existing clients.
- Preparing a detailed comparison sheet for records obtained, outlining coverage options, terms and premiums while ensuring that the sheets are comprehensive and easy to be understood.
- Negotiating with insurers based on the Company's quoting slips and specified rates to secure favorable coverage extensions for clients, and following up with insurers to obtain quotes, rates, and any necessary amendments.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients by promptly addressing their queries, requests, and concerns related to insurance coverage while providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinating with clients to collect the required documentation for policy issuance and processing policy issuance.
- Verifying issued policies to ensure they aligned with the codes approved by the client admit their specific coverage requirements.
- Sharing policy documents with clients and the data entry team for encoding in the Company's system.
- Monitoring and following up on clients’ premium payments to ensure timely remittance.
- Addressing client queries related to coverage and assisting with policy endorsements when necessary.
- Maintaining daily trackers and updating monthly renewal reports to ensure accurate records and efficient workflow..

**Qualifications**:

- BA degree in business administration, insurance, finance, or any related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and basic insurance principles preferred.
- Be accepted by the regulator whenever required.

**Skills and competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and the fast-paced environment.
- Professionals in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive and client centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Relevant: 2 years (preferred)
