**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Maintain confidential files and records, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operation of the office.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support staff to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Experience with flight booking, hotel booking, and travel coordination is essential.
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to accommodate the CEO's changing schedule, including travel requirements.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
